Vision :To have an integrated judicial and arbitration system, independent of the GCC states, including the headquarters state, closely connected to the regional and international arbitration situation with the system and regulations drawn from a multi-party sovereign source that rises above laws in force in the GCC states.
Mission :To enhance the role of arbitration as a self-independent system and a unique tool for resolving commercial disputes and for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and qualify and train a new generation of arbitrators by conducting training programmes of high quality and spread arbitration culture.
